All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-Day Delivery).
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of processing unless otherwise noted.

📦 Packaging:
Your brisket is shipped vacuum-sealed, packed with insulated liners and ice packs for maximum freshness.

📬 Delivery Days:
Monday through Wednesday only. We avoid weekend delays to ensure food safety.

🥩 Reheating Instructions:
Our sliced brisket is fully cooked and thinly sliced. To reheat:

Gently warm in a skillet or oven at 250°F until desired warmth (5–8 mins).

DO NOT overheat or microwave on high—it can dry out the brisket.
