  • PACKAGING DESCRIPTION

    Commandr's smoked duck breast comes in a 2 or 4-pack of individually packaged 4-5oz servings, which are perfect for individual portions. Using our house blend of spices and pecan wood we are able to deliver the best tasting smoked duck. Comes in whole sizes only.

  • Heating Instructions

    All meat should be thawed completely before heating. Reheating times/temperatures may vary depending on your heat device. Meanwhile, remove the packaging and place the on a slicing board. 

     

    GRILL: Wrap in foil and place on BBQ pit/grill over indirect heat (300°F) until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  (USDA recommendation)                             

     

    OVEN: Wrap in foil and place in a 350°F conventional oven for specified time or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  (USDA recommendation)    

       

    Let duck breast rest before slicing

    Duck Breast arrive whole /unsliced and unsauced.
