Shipping Policy

Our Distribution Center processes standard shipping orders weekly from Mondays through Wednesdays. If you place an order before noon, it will typically be shipped on the same day.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total merchandise value for items shipped to each unique address, as detailed in the Shipping Charges table.

Choose from the following shipping options:

Standard: Averaging delivery within three business days from the ship date.
Rush Service: Guaranteed delivery within two business days from the ship date.
Overnight: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day following the ship date.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), APO (Army/Air Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office).

If your ordered items do not all arrive in a single carton or on the same day, please do not worry. Due to packing and shipping limitations, parts of multiple-item orders may be shipped separately. This does not impact the shipping charges associated with your order.

On rare occasions, we may need to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure your satisfaction and that of your gift recipients.

Rest assured, we guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition at the street address you provide. Our products are shipped frozen, and our experienced packaging team employs a combination of corrugated boxes, coolers, frozen gel packs, and dry ice, depending on your order's contents and the climate of the delivery address, to maintain the proper chill for your Commandr's smoked meat products.
